Kum 1 Project Details

There are 4 flats which has 2 room and 1 living room of 66 m2 and 2 flats has 1 room and 1 living room of 51 m2 in our Apart building that we named as Kum 1, which is located in Mersin province, Silifke district, Taşucu Town, Kum Neighborhood. Our apartments have outbuildings in the basement. In addition, there are two stores on the ground floor of the building with a size of 145 m2 includes a warehouse of 44 m2. Also, there are 2 stores of 15 m2 in the basement of our building.

Our building is located in one of the spawning areas of caretta carettas in our country, it is still under construction, and will be completed in August 2022.
